1. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of ISSM 2018 is English.
2. PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The program schedule will be available by the beginning of November.
All authors are requested to update the information on the title of presentation, speaker, and contact at the ISSM website with using your ID and password which were informed to you at your submission of abstract. In case that you miss you ID and password, contact ISSM 2018 Japan Office
3. SPEAKER REGISTRATION
All authors are required to register at ISSM2018 by October 19th.

4. FINAL PAPER
Final paper template (word)
Please plan to submit your final paper, formatted to IEEE specifications, by November 22.
Each paper must be no longer than four pages (A4 size) using "ISSM Final paper word template" and submitted in PDF format.
Please have your paper proofread by several people before you submit it.
Once your paper is proofread and all information is correct, please upload your paper in PDF format at the ISSM website with using your ID and password. In case the file is in excess of 2MB, it needs to be compressed into a ZIP file.
Author Biography - Please include a brief one-paragraph author biography at the end of the paper. This will allow the session chairs to properly introduce you, before you give your presentation.

6. POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

To ensure that all presentations are visually consistent, click here for PowerPoint template. Your presentation must be received by December 3. Once it has been proofread, please upload your presentation material at the ISSM website with using your password and ID same as submission of the paper.
Our online submission system for final paper and presentation materials accepts only for the electronic data files up to 5MB each. If your final paper or presentation material size is over 5MB, please compress your file into zip file. Detail For Oral Presentation
1. PRESENTATION LENGTH
The total presentation length is 20 minutes including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. There will be author's interview period scheduled after the session of the presentation.
The presentation material of the oral session authors is limited to TEN (10) slides at maximum including one cover sheet.
2. Briefing with interpreters
All Oral Speakers are required to attend a briefing with interpreters to have good quality of translation of your presentation.
The briefing time will be posted on here and notified after the program schedule has been fixed.
Please be noted that the briefing will be held during presentations.
Detail For Interactive Poster Presentation
Interactive Poster Presentation is consisted of both 3-minutes summary presentation and a poster session.
- 3-minute summary presentation by Interactive Poster Speaker
ISSM "Interactive Session" provides an opportunity for the author of poster session to make 3-minute condensed presentation to the entire audience. There will be "NO" Q & A period for the 3-minute talk.
The poster session will be after the short presentation period on that day.
This is always a very popular and well-attended session with lots of interaction and discussion. Interactive poster presenters must be in attendance for their scheduled poster session. - Presentation material for?3-minute summary presentation

You are responsible for bringing/sending your poster to the conference. You may hand carry your poster. If you need them, shipping instructions and guidelines are listed below.

The Interactive poster session is an extremely dynamic opportunity for you to converse with professional colleagues. Your posted materials contribute only a portion of the experience and should encourage dialogue. The higher the quality of the posted charts, the higher the quality of the interactions
- The poster should be a visual representation of your paper's textual information.
- The poster can be one unit or many units, as long as the total size fits the 0.9m wide by 1.3m high area.
- There are no limitations to what the design of your interactive poster can be. We want to emphasize aesthetics: attractiveness, color, clarity and legibility. The objective is to capture the audience?s attention, so the more colors and graphics that you use on your poster the better, as opposed to just text.
- Recommended material is a heavy grade paper that provides support. However, regular grade paper can also be used. The poster board is compatible with pushpins.

When you arrive to set up your interactive poster display, your box(es) will be at your poster location. Unpack things very carefully and be watchful of how items were packed; you'll have to pack it up similarly at the end of the conference using the same boxes and materials. - REMINDER: At the end of the conference, you will need to repack your own materials and affix labels (labels will be provided) for shipment back to your home site. The labels will have a place for you to write your Name, Company, Complete Address, and Phone Number on the labels.
